ABOUT US
A word from White Island Wellness Founder, Matt Branch
I have been living on the island for seven years and during this time I have gained invaluable experience in the wellness and beauty industry. I began as a freelance massage therapist with a specialisation in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. I later went on to establish a thriving and well respected wellness concierge with my former business partner.

Prior to Ibiza I spent ten years in London working in Media Sales and Marketing for prestigious companies such as Google & Facebook. Although I gained immeasurable experience during this time, I felt unfulfilled and sought out a different profession in which I could positively impact lives. In 2014 I made the big move to Ibiza to pursue a new career and never looked back.

In 2020 I have realised a personal goal by launching my own new venture. Welcome to 'White Island Wellness', a business which embodies excellence, professionalism, care and above all, a positive mentality. I strongly believe that energy is infectious and that enthusiasm is key to creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere within an organisation.

I lead a team of hand selected therapists of the highest calibre, each an expert in their respective fields. I'm proud to have put together such a trustworthy, friendly and professional team. It's my personal mission to provide a world class service as well as access to Ibiza's best therapists to all who visit or reside on the island.

WHO WILL BE MY THERAPIST?
We only work with the best professionals on the island. Handpicked, tried & tested. All of our team are qualified and insured. We do not send pictures of our therapists, we operate a strictly professional service only. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist please let us know.
HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU BE HERE?
We always try to organise your appointment as quickly as possible with the minimum fuss. Availability depends on where our team is located in proximity to you and time of day/year. We generally require a minimum of 60 minutes notice, subject to availability.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE A BOOKING?
You can book with us via email, phone call, Whatsapp or our online booking form. Please let us know the desired service, time and date and exact location details. A google map link is required in addition to any other relevant information for finding the villa, house or hotel. The most convenient method is via Whatsapp.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR APPOINTMENTS?
The more notice you can give us the better, particularly in high season (June - September). However, we always try our best to accommodate any last minute requests, and often have availability within 60 - 90 minutes.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Wherever possible, our therapist will aim to be with you 10 - 15 minutes before the appointment. This enables you to start on time. Please keep your phone switched on and nearby in case we need to contact you.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Any bookings cancelled less than 12 hours prior will incur a 50% charge. Any cancellations less than 6Â hours prior to the treatment will be charged at the full price
IS EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Yes, everything is included. The only exception is for treatments of 60 minutes (per therapist) only where the location is more than 15km from Ibiza Town. Here we charge a 10€ travel supplement. For treatments of 90 minutes plus we do not charge this.
CAN I BOOK LATE IN THE EVENING OR EARLY MORNING?
For advance bookings we can organise your appointment at the time you would like. Any bookings starting between 9:30pm - 12 midnight are subject to 30% evening supplement. After midnight bookings are subject to a 100% supplement.
WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING REGARDING COVID-19?
We are adhering to the strictest health and safety guidelines as according to Spanish government guidelines. Our therapists will make use of PPE such as masks and gloves where necessary. Equipment will be sanitised to the highest standard. Use of own towels is recommended. Please contact us if you have any questions or doubts.
