ACUPUNCTURE

Our health is dependent on the balance of natural energy within us that flows along meridians, running throughout the entire body. Our expert acupuncturist inserts very fine needles into specific points along these meridians to stimulate a healing response.
REFLEXOLOGY

This method dates more than 2,000 years and involves gentle stimulation of acupressure points in the feet that have a direct connection to the various organs and glands in the body. Energising these points can have an overall balancing effect on the body.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle and non-invasive technique that uses light touch to release tension in a supported and comfortable way. During or after a session you may feel calm and energised, with increased clarity of mind and a feeling of well-being.

Through suction and vacuum (the reverse of deep tissue), cupping therapy releases rigid soft tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins and loosens adhesions and connective tissue. It also stimulates blood flow to stagnant skin & muscular tissues.
